Refund policy

At Luxzia, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition

• The item must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns will not be accepted without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be sent through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used or damaged items

• Products without original packaging

• Certain hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

A flat return shipping fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted from the refund or paid by the customer.
